Nova888 believes that online entertainment should remain a fun and controlled activity. We provide comprehensive tools, resources, and support to help every member play responsibly in Malaysia.
Six Pillars Responsible Gaming Nova888
Nova888's comprehensive approach to ensuring a safe and controlled gaming experience for all members
Nova888 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 18 years. Our KYC process ensures that no underage user can register or access any game on our platform.
Daily deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options are available directly in your account dashboard — no need to contact anyone, and they take effect immediately.
Choose to exclude yourself from the platform for 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. All exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.
The nova888 system automatically detects risky play patterns such as sudden spikes in deposits or excessively long gaming sessions, and sends alerts to the relevant members.
The dedicated nova888 support team is trained to assist members who need guidance on responsible gaming, and can connect you with professional counsellors when needed.
We provide clear, unbiased information on game probabilities, the risks of excessive gambling, and support resources accessible to all members at any time.
Play Responsibly — A Guide for You
Online gaming is a legitimate and enjoyable form of entertainment when approached the right way. At nova888, we believe every member deserves to enjoy their gaming experience free from pressure or negative impact on their daily life.
The key to healthy gaming is understanding that wins can never be guaranteed. Every game on Nova888 uses a verified Random Number Generator (RNG), meaning every spin and outcome is independent and unpredictable. The money you use to play must be money you can afford to lose without affecting your basic needs.
Nova888 encourages all members to set a clear gaming budget before starting a session, stick to their self-imposed limits, and stop playing once those limits are reached — whether winning or losing. Never try to "recover" losses by continuing to play; this is one of the key warning signs of a gambling problem.
Always Remember: Gaming at nova888 should feel fun and entertaining. The moment it starts to feel like stress, an obligation, or a way to solve financial problems — that's when it's time to stop and seek help.
We also understand that life pressures can sometimes lead a person to play more than they should. That is why Nova888 makes it easy to get help — there is no need to feel embarrassed or afraid to reach out. Your privacy is fully protected and every request for assistance is handled with complete discretion and professionalism.
Signs of Healthy Gaming
You play for fun, not to solve financial problems or escape from stress.
You set a spending limit before playing and never exceed it, even when you are losing.
You can stop playing at any time without feeling anxious, restless, or compelled to continue.
You only use disposable income and never borrow money or dip into important savings for gaming.
Gaming does not interfere with your relationships, work, studies, or daily responsibilities to your family and yourself.
Sign Warning Warning Signs to Watch For
Recognise the early signs of a gambling problem before it becomes more serious. Being honest with yourself is the most important first step.
Note: If you recognise two or more of the signs below in yourself, we strongly encourage you to contact the Nova888 support team or seek professional help immediately.
Self-Control Tools Nova888
All these control tools are available free of charge in your account and can be activated at any time without needing to contact the support team
Set the maximum deposit amount you can make within a specific time period. Once the limit is reached, the nova888 system will automatically block further deposits until the limit period expires. This limit takes effect immediately when activated and can only be decreased instantly — increasing the limit requires a 24-hour waiting period as an added safety measure.
Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to bear within a given period. Once this limit is reached, your account will be temporarily blocked from placing new wagers until the time period expires. This is one of the most effective tools to ensure you never lose more than you can afford.
Set the maximum duration for your daily gaming session. nova888 will send you a reminder as you approach your set time limit, and will automatically end your session once the limit is reached. This feature helps you maintain a healthy balance between entertainment and a productive daily life.
If you feel the need to take a break from the platform, Nova888 offers self-exclusion options ranging from 7 days to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, make deposits, or access any games. All marketing communications will also be automatically stopped.
Access detailed reports of your gaming activity, including total time spent, deposit and withdrawal history, and a win/loss summary for any selected period. This information helps you objectively evaluate your playing habits.
Choose the types of communications you wish to receive from nova888 — including promotional notifications, bonus offers, and marketing messages. You can opt out of all promotional communications at any time through your account settings without affecting the platform's core functions.
